Did you know that Okinawa used to be an independent state called the Ryukyu Kingdom? In this tour, you will explore Shurijo Castle, which was the symbol of prosperity as a heart of politics, culture, economy, diplomacy, and religion, throughout the era of the Ryukyu Kingdom. *The Main Hall of Shurijo Castle is now under reconstruction due to burning down in a 2019 fire. You can see some reconstruction process; however, depending on the progress of work, the tour route is subject to change. *Up to 6participants per guide. Tour Day: Every Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat, and Sun. Please choose the start time between 10AM to 11:30AM, and 2:30PM to 4PM (Departure Time choices: Every 30 min.)

This tour introduces you to the history of Tsuboya pottery, as well as the traditional backstreets. *Up to 6participants per guide. Tour Day: Every Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat, and Sun. The Kokusai Dori International Street, the famous shopping street for tourists, used to be a center of life and entertainment for local people, where movie theaters, shops and market stalls stood in line.
